This octagonal delft dish c.1860 would have been potted and fired as plain and has then been painted (or clobbered) with well detailed chinoiserie decoration - to the underside a pseudo "Chinese" mark. It is likely that the decoration was undertaken at, or shortly after manufacture. Please contact us for additional information and a condition report.
