7th July - my thanks to Bob for additional details regarding the provenance of this Toby - please see "Discussions and News" under "about us" on the top bar. It is so rare to find details of provenance with a Toby jug, however, this is an exception. I first acquired this in the early 2000's from the family that had owned it since the late 18th / early 19th century - it came down through a Mr Millgrove to his daughter Hester Gulliford and stayed in the family. Then several years in America, on to Spain and now back in the UK! Please contact us for additional information and a condition report.
