Large late 18th century creamware figure of Hamlet
An imposing late 18th century figure of Hamlet coloured in translucent manganese and green on a hollow creamware body. Lightly potted and well moulded standing c.31cm tall. This would have originally formed part of a pair together with Ophelia. A pair in poor condition sold at auction March 2012 for £1500 plus premiums.
