A rare Staffordshire Trafalgar sailor Toby jug c.1805. On either side of his chest are banners within which are inscribed "Trafalgar" and at the rear of the chest is an impressed model of the ship and above "Victory". These normally sell for in excess of £2000, however, this lower price reflects the fact that he has been professionally restored - now looking fine.
