An attractive Long Face Toby jug in the style of Ralph Wood the well moulded pearlware body decorated in a translucent manganese glaze - in very good original condition. Coincidentally, a similar example is currently on Ebay: (Antique Staffordshire Longface Toby Ralph Wood Style c.1780) and whilst these are commonly thought to be late 18th century I believe that these were produced in the 1st half of the 19th century c.1820-50.
