Delightful saltglazed stoneware Harlequin money box dated 1884

Delightful saltglazed stoneware Harlequin money box dated 1884

Standing at 4 7/8ths" tall this is a charming and very crisply moulded saltglazed money box depicting a harlequin atop a sphere - the coin aperture so small it had to be for silver threepenny pieces! Please contact us for additional information and a condition report. One of a number of 17th, 18th and 19th century English saltglazed stoneware pieces that I will be selling over the next few months from a large and very significant collection. Please let me know if you are looking for a particular piece
