Standing at just over 10 1/4" tall this is an extremely impressive late 18th century Nottingham salt-glazed stoneware tankard - the front inscribed "William Croft". Well proportioned and with a rich glaze this tankard is in good original condition with no restoration. The few chips that are visible in the pictures do not detract and I have chosen to leave them unrestored thus keeping the tankard completely original. These can be restored if required.
