Large silver mounted stoneware tankard c.1770 - 8 5/8" tall
An imposing stoneware tankard c.1770 (possibly earlier) standing at 8 5/8ths" tall with a central slab depicting the "midnight feast" and various other sprigs. The ornate rim which tests silver bears the marks T.H. The upper body dipped to appear saltglazed. No restoration. Please contact us for additional information and a condition report.
